Learning how to set goals – real goal setting that produces rapid results – isn’t difficult, it only seems that way – mostly because it is so easy to confuse ‘setting your goals’ with ‘achieving your goals’.
It is easy to confuse the action with the result.
Achieving your goal is a result, a result of all the actions you took that moved you in the direction of that goal. Sometimes it only takes a few actions to reach a goal, other times it takes many actions – sometimes repeated over and over – to achieve your goal.
