How to Build Success Habits

Develop the success habits that will make a real difference in your life.
A few days ago my wife Donna and I began a new success habit, one that we know will have a positive impact on our lives.
What did we do? We went down to the gym around the corner from our house and signed ourselves up! We worked with a trainer and we created a plan for success that will allow us to reach the health and fitness goals that we set for ourselves.
We committed ourselves to making our fitness routine a habit, because we know the power that our habits have over our results.
