About Bob
Hi, I’m Bob Crawford. I’m a self development trainer and success coach from central Connecticut. Thanks for visiting my site today!

Welcome!
Let me start by sharing a little about myself… I’m happily married to my wonderful wife Donna, a warm and caring woman exploring her intuitive side. You can learn more about Donna over at her blog, called My Psychic Path.
I have an 18 year old daughter, Cindy, who is graduating from high school soon; and I have a neurotic Cocker Spaniel, appropriately named “Princess.” We’ve lived in Connecticut most of our lives, but one of our dreams that we will be manifesting will be to move to Sedona, Arizona sometime in the future.
My personal self growth philosophy is pretty simple… Take what works and use it! My approach to self improvement and spiritual growth is an integral one, borrowing from many different schools of thought. I believe that everyone reading this is already an ‘enlightened being’, you’ve just forgotten it! Becoming enlightened and living life from your higher self isn’t in the realm of fantasy, it’s reality. You can choose to be enlightened… NOW! You can choose to experience life differently than you may have been before NOW.
The biggest roadblock to your personal growth is you. More specifically, your ego. As you will learn, or as you may have already learned, the ego is threatened by your seeking of enlightenment. One of the core lessons to be learned from many of the spiritual paths is the putting aside of the ego, so that the higher self can be heard more clearly. You’ll hear a lot about the ego on this site. We’ll look at different ways to detach from the ego and methods to allow our spirit to guide us.
Another common barrier many people face when beginning on the path of Self growth is the sheer vastness of the subject. You have a myriad of different religions, systems of philosophy, spirituality, psychology, and science, all with their own ideas and rigid frameworks. To many Westerners, the Eastern philosophies can be confusing and difficult to reconcile with their religious upbringing or their current mindset. The idea that it may take years of difficult training is daunting for others.
I don’t believe any of that. Realizing that there are no “wrong” paths to enlightenment, I teach a self-inspiring method of learning what works best for each individual. You must create your own path. What worked for someone else might not be feasible for you. An open mind and a willing spirit are all that are needed for you to create the life you desire. You already have the willing spirit, now just open your mind and join me on an adventure in personal success!

Interesting perspective – one I would largely agree with.
Enlightenment for me is simply removing the chatter so that you can experience the backdrop of life.
Cheers
