How to Manifest Your Desires – Without Pain

Manifest your desires without causing pain!
Are you manifesting your desires easily? Or do you find yourself struggling every step of the way?
Learning how to manifest your desires without causing yourself pain is simple… once you know how.
If you are struggling right now, even a little, it probably means that you are finding it hard to let go of something in your life right now. The problem is that it is not always easy to see what this something is, because it does not always relate directly to what you desire… which is why you struggle and feel pain.
Now, you might think that learning to let go of the things that are holding you back would be the solution to this problem, but you would be wrong.
Letting go is not the answer!
The answer is to stay focused on those things you want, and not on what you do not want. The second that you take your eyes off of your desires you begin moving away from them, towards something else. This is especially true when you are attached to something.
Don’t focus on losing weight…
Let’s look at an example and you’ll see what I mean. Let’s say that you desire a lean, healthy body, but that your craving for those $1 fast food burgers is expanding your waistline a little too much.
You might look at the situation and say, “All I have to do is give up eating so many cheeseburgers.” But the reality is a little harder, isn’t it? Because quitting or giving up something is never enough. Everything in your life is there for a reason, a purpose.
A better approach, and one that I take with all my clients, is to look at the change you want to make and focus on actions you can take that move you forward, toward your dream.
In our weight loss example, you would create change quicker and easier if instead of ‘giving up’ something, you added better choices to your life. Focus on the good things you want to eat and don’t worry about the cheeseburgers.
Where is your focus?
Understand that you can only focus in one direction at a time, and the more you pay attention to the positive changes you are making and the less you worry about quitting or giving up things, the better off you will be.
This means you will wind up creating less pain for yourself!
Letting go seems like a good idea, at least at first, and you’ll hear lots of talk about how important it is to learn to let go of this emotion or that attachment, but unless your goal is to become an expert on letting go, you will manifest your desires much faster if you stay focused on achieving them rather than stressing over what to let go of.
Your life is a constantly changing, constantly evolving experience and you can manifest your dreams and desires without pain, simply by choosing the right things to focus on.

I’ve found that my focus increases as I worry less and less about all the stuff in my way.

The reverse is true too – your focus decreases as you worry more and more about something. Don’t focus on worrying less – focus on creating more!
