What can you decide to say STOP IT! to in your life? Share your ideas with us here.

As for me… I’ve decided that I will say STOP IT! to my annoying habit of swearing. There, I’ve said STOP IT! and I meant it. You can check back to see if I have stuck to my word, or maybe I’ll write a post about it. Either way, leave a comment and tell us what you are going to say STOP IT to in your own life.

    Peace,
    Bob

This video clip begs the question, “Should it really be that hard to solve your problems?” Maybe this video about self help oversimplifies things just a little bit… but then again… maybe not!…

    Great post Bob.
It shows that at least you don’t take yourself (or your industry) too seriously, at least I hope not.

I remember reading about a finding that if you have an emotional problem and you do nothing about it the chances are actually better that it will go away on it’s own than faster if you paid some fancy-pants counselor to help you through it.

The Self-help industry is today changing and in no small way due to the press about the James A Ray affair.

LOA is quickly (with a little luck) becoming SOL.

I’ll have to bookmark this site. I’ll be back.

Comment Tip - Do you wonder how some people get those nifty little avatars, (the tiny picture,) next to their names? They went to http://www.gravatar.com and got one. It's a free service and is worthwhile even if you only write occasional comments on blog posts. It really helps people relate to what you write when they can put a face to your name. ~ Bob
